Description of the programme
This course is an e-learning, which when completed will accredit the learner to the MaPS supervision activity set. It is an alternative option to the ‘Money Advice Supervisor Learning and Assessment Record (MaPs Accredited)’ course.
This learning is delivered digitally via our learning platform. This course is also available via Citizens Advice Intranet. Local Citizens Advice have been advised via newsletters, email and in money advice update meetings.
Pre-requisite learning
MaPS accredited debt learning plan.
Individual certification
Completion of the learning and passing the assessment will be recorded in Docebo.
What are the outcomes?
This course is accredited to supervision level only. Supervision activity will involve an adviser providing technical debt advice support to other advisers within and/or outside their own organisation. Line management alone does not constitute supervision, without the provision of technical debt advice support.
